Meet the Owner, Jessica

When I started planning my daughter’s wedding, I was appalled at the cost of everything. I noticed a trend: people buying used items for their wedding and then selling them afterwards. When I thought of all of the work that goes into wedding prep, and the finding, traveling all over the place for different items, storing, then dealing with the resale post wedding - I decided Western Mass needed a wedding rental business! I love to create unique and customized pieces that you won't find anywhere else. The final product is I Do Love a Rental.

How Rentals Work

1 / Schedule Your FREE Consult

We offer free wedding consultation appointments. Meet with us to discuss your vision and see in-person the many options we offer.

2 / Select Items + Sign Agreement

Sign your rental agreement and submit payment. This completes your rental. Two weeks before your event a security deposit of 50% of your rental is required and will be mailed back to you within 3 business days, following receipt and inspection of your rental.​

3 / Getting Your Rental

Pick-up: You will be able to pick up your items the day before your event, and return them the day after your event at our shop in South Hadley, MA.

FAQS

IS THERE AN ORDER MINIMUM?

No, there is no minimum rental requirement. However, for smaller orders, we may need to coordinate pickup times to best align with our schedule.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED? IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

Full payment is required at the time of signing your rental agreement. We accept cash, check, and Venmo, with cash or check preferred.

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR RENTALS?

  • Yes, a security deposit equal to 50% of your rental total is required. This is due two weeks prior to your event and must be submitted in the form of a check.

  • Your check will only be cashed if there are any issues with the return. If all items are returned in good condition, the check will be mailed back to you after your rental.

  • In the event of missing or damaged items, the replacement cost will be deducted, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via an I Do Love a Rental check.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes, delivery is available. Pricing and availability are determined based on several factors, including the rental items, location, and timing.

HOW MUCH IS "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE?"

Our White Glove Service is a fully customized experience designed to make your event as seamless as possible.

 

Pricing is based on your specific needs, including:

  • Items being rented

  • Installation and breakdown timing (late-night removals are considered a premium service)

  • Assistance with personal décor items

  • Setup support such as seating charts, vinyl applications on mirrors, and more
